Soothe Your Neck & Shoulders

Almost everyone has neck and shoulder pain at some time – hopefully, not all the time! Here’s a simple technique to release tension in the neck and shoulders that you can do for someone else or for yourself.  Simply lace your fingers at the back of the head and using your thumbs, work your way up and down the neck.  Squeeze the outer edges of the trapezius in and up with your thumbs.  It feels good to drop your head forward (if you’re getting the massage).  Partners, don’t forget to switch!
